Ted Givens, AIA
Founder & Principal Architect
With nearly 30 years of international experience in architectural design spanning the Americas, Asia and Africa, Ted collaborates with teams of architectural talents and industry experts across the globe on projects that focus on innovative solutions, artful design and enhanced functionality. Ted‘s projects range in scale from West Coast beach houses to large corporate headquarters. His in-depth study of each project’s specific needs, informed by the experimental spirit of West Coast design, allows him to generate fresh and unique solutions. He has an ability to transform strategic thinking into inspirational structures, bridging all constituents under the roof of a single purpose. His designs have garnered awards from AIA chapters and international competitions, and his work has been published in the likes of GA Houses and EVOLO Magazine. Ted’s architectural practice also extends an active connection to education. Ted has led graduate-level studios at University of Miami, University Technological of Monterey in Mexico and Hong Kong University. He has been involved in lectures at University of San Paulo, Tongji University, Guardalajara, and NC State University College of Design.
Jon Martin
Design partner
Jon's architectural journey spans 15 years across the vibrant cities of Hong Kong and NYC, giving him a unique global insight that he now applies in Western NC. His passion for Architectural Visualization and Parametric Design drives his commitment to excellence. Throughout his career, Jon has contributed to large-scale urban development projects across Asia and the Middle East, encompassing city-wide master plans, international headquarters, and notable mixed-use developments in major global cities. He has played a pivotal role in numerous award-winning projects, demonstrating exceptional ability to deliver results under high-pressure deadlines. As a dedicated and composed leader, he instills confidence in even the most ambitious endeavors. Outside of his professional work, Jon has served as an architectural critic and guest lecturer at Hong Kong University Space and HK Chu Hai College. His passion lies in creating innovative architectural spaces that challenge conventional standards and expand the possibilities within the construction industry.
Shane Dale
Director of Visualization
With over 25 years in the CGI and Visualization industry, Shane has built a global career spanning the USA, UAE, Hong Kong, and beyond, delivering high-end visual content for landmark developments and large-scale masterplans. Shane began his career in architecture and industrial design before transitioning into visual effects and post-production, where he discovered his passion for visual storytelling. Throughout his career, Shane has established and led Visual Communications and Visualization departments from the ground up. He is the founder of Fictional Pixel, a studio that serves some of the world’s leading architectural practices and developers. His expertise spans CGI rendering, animation, pipeline development, and team leadership, and he is widely respected for his problem-solving mindset, mentorship, and consistent delivery of world-class visual work.
Marina Gundorin
New Business development
Born in Tajikistan, Marina was the first international student in her school. Her understanding of human dynamics was cultivated through resilience. Today, she is a negotiator and advisor at international tables that impact cultures across the world. Marina’s connection with the Slavic community and various civic systems ultimately led her to the role of Managing Director at Catholic Charities in Asheville, where she practiced immigration law. Her work brought her to slums and sanctuaries, boardrooms and backroads. Eventually, this journey evolved into construction, development and real estate. Her focus shifted from advocacy to the creation of community that reflect intention and beauty. Anchored in strong faith and values, Marina seeks excellence in her work and life. With her unwavering commitment to making a positive contribution to society, Marina joins TG+P in New Business Development.
Florence Kong
Chief Financial officer
Florence is a seasoned finance leader with extensive experience in the architectural and professional services sectors. She cofounded what grew to be a 300-employee architecture firm with 7 offices throughout the world and established the firm’s finance team and reporting systems, while working closely with fellow partners to manage and scale operations. Prior to that, Florence was Regional Financial Controller for a prominent global architectural practice, overseeing the finance function across Asia and leading teams in Hong Kong, Shanghai, Beijing, Singapore, and Bangkok. She began her career in the audit division of Arthur Andersen and later held commercial roles in the group audit and management services department at New World Services Group, a Hong Kong-listed conglomerate. Florence is fellow member of the Association of Certified Chartered Accountants in UK.
Tina Diaz
Director of Human Resource
Tina Dias is a people and culture leader specializing in organizational design and talent strategy for architecture, engineering, and design firms. With 12+ years leading HR across complex, project-driven environments spanning luxury residential, mixed-use, commercial, and urban design practices, she brings a deep understanding of the talent, culture, and organizational structures that allow creative firms to deliver at the highest level. Her expertise covers the full people lifecycle across North America, the UK, and beyond with a strong track record in talent acquisition, compensation, performance, and culture alongside complex workforce operations. Tina partners closely with firm leadership to build the people infrastructure that attracts top design talent, develops high-performing teams, and supports sustainable growth.
